Mark Bennington…
Grew up in Northern California. After working as an actor for 10 years in New York and LA, he picked up the camera in 2004 and has been making his living with it ever since. He is undoubtedly one of the busiest headshot photographers in Los Angeles. "I've said from the beginning I don't shoot 'headshots'... I shoot Real people 'in character,' in a very Fun and Real way and it shows…. And that's exactly what the casting directors want to see… a photo that’s Genuine and Full of Life! It all comes down to what you sell, as much as ‘who you are," says Mark about his 'headshot' philosophy that has clearly paid off. He has shot an average of 250 clients a year for the last 5 years since turning pro, is at the top of every "A" agency's photographers list in town, has been featured in Judy Kerr's "Acting is Everything" and interviewed by "BackStage West" as one of the Top 10 'headshot' photographer's in Los Angeles. Headshot Services…
My shoots typically take about 2 to 3 hours, are casual and fun. I always shoot a variety of different looks, getting both commercial and theatrical, 3/4 and tighter shots and maybe some stuff for "print" if that's your thing. Just bring tons of clothes and examples of photos you like. A $150 deposit is required for booking a session and the balance is due the day of the shoot (cash or check). I will do limited re-shoots, but only if requested by your agent (of course, I want everyone to get what they need, be happy and spread the LOVE!!). Also, after much consideration I will no longer give away the original digital files without a signed model release that protects us both.

Packages…
- $275 The Kids Shoot (17 and under)…. Includes 3 to 4 completely different looks in a 1 to 1 ½ hour session, about 80 to 100+ exposures (minus "eyes-closed" shots and stuff I know you won't use).

- $350 *The Recession Special*…. Includes 5 to 6 completely different looks in a 2 hour session, about 100 to 140 exposures (minus "eyes-closed" shots and all that stuff).

- $475 The Standard Shoot…Includes 7 to 10+ completely different looks in a 2 to 3 hour session, about 140 to 200+ exposures (minus "eyes-closed" shots and what I said up there).

- All packages include print "hard copy" proof sheets and provide Free online proof sheets (both available the next business day through www.photomaxlab.net 323.850.0200).
